Cohort Enrollment Guide
Follow these steps to register for your cohort session through the Acumatica Portal. Available for customers, and prospects.
A quick walkthrough of the enrollment process before you begin.
Open the Acumatica Portal
Go to the Acumatica Portal and sign in. If you don't have an account yet, select Sign Up to create one.
Go to the Education Workspace
Navigate to the Education workspace and open the Register for Cohort page.
Complete the Registration Form
Select a cohort from the list, then fill in your full name, job title, and industry. Available seats are shown for each cohort to help you choose.
Tip: If your profile is already set up, some fields will be pre-filled automatically.Set Your Leaderboard Preference
Indicate whether you agree to display your name, profile image, and learning achievements on the cohort leaderboard, visible to other learners on the platform.
Submit Your Registration
Once all required fields are complete, the Register button becomes active. Select it, review your information in the confirmation window, and submit.
You'll see a confirmation message on successful enrollment.Confirmed
You'll receive a confirmation message. Your cohort starts on the first Monday of the month.
Enrollment Invitation
An enrollment link will be sent to you. The link is valid for 3 days — act promptly.

Begin with Welcome to Acumatica ERP, then move to your role-based path. ~1 hour per day recommended.
