Cohort Enrollment Guide

Follow these steps to register for your cohort session through the Acumatica Portal. Available for customers, and prospects.

How to Enroll — Step by Step

Open the Acumatica Portal

Go to the Acumatica Portal and sign in. If you don't have an account yet, select Sign Up to create one.

Go to the Education Workspace

Navigate to the Education workspace and open the Register for Cohort page.

Complete the Registration Form

Select a cohort from the list, then fill in your full name, job title, and industry. Available seats are shown for each cohort to help you choose.

Tip: If your profile is already set up, some fields will be pre-filled automatically.

Set Your Leaderboard Preference

Indicate whether you agree to display your name, profile image, and learning achievements on the cohort leaderboard, visible to other learners on the platform.

Submit Your Registration

Once all required fields are complete, the Register button becomes active. Select it, review your information in the confirmation window, and submit.

You'll see a confirmation message on successful enrollment.

You'll receive a confirmation message. Your cohort starts on the first Monday of the month.

An enrollment link will be sent to you. The link is valid for 3 days — act promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can partners enroll in cohort sessions?
Cohort sessions are available for customers, and prospects only. Partners are not eligible to enroll through this program.
How do I create a portal account?
On the Acumatica Portal login page, select Sign Up and complete the registration form. Once your account is created, you can immediately access the Education workspace and register for a cohort.
Some fields on the registration form are pre-filled — can I change them?
Yes. If your portal profile already contains your information, fields like job title and industry will be pre-filled but can be edited directly in the form. To update your name, use the User Profile link available under the Full Name field.
What does the leaderboard show and who can see it?
The leaderboard displays the progress ranking of learners within your cohort. It is visible to all the learners in your cohort. During registration, you choose whether your name, profile image, and learning achievements appear on it.
I submitted the form and got a warning message — what does that mean?
A warning message appears if you have already registered for the selected cohort and submitted the form again. Your original registration remains active — no further action is needed.
I got an error saying registration is closed. What should I do?
Registration closes once a cohort reaches capacity or the registration window has passed. Please wait for the next monthly cohort and register early to secure your spot.
How do I unregister from a cohort?
Navigate to My Cohort Registrations in the portal. Select the relevant session and choose Unregister. Note that you can only unregister from sessions that are scheduled or currently in progress.
What if I don't finish all learning paths within 21 days?
No problem — your progress is saved. Simply register for the next monthly cohort and pick up exactly where you left off.
