Each lesson also provides a story describing a particular user scenario and instructions that guide you through a process in Acumatica ERP. All lessons are independent and can be completed in any order.
In the course, you will learn about how to automate sales operations in Acumatica ERP. After you complete the course, you will have an understanding of how to perform basic sales operations by using the CRM functionality in Acumatica ERP. You will learn to qualify leads, manage customer contacts, perform communication with customers by using the tools that Acumatica ERP provides, and log activities of any kind. Also, you will learn how to configure opportunities, advance them through stages and create related sales quotes, sales orders, and invoices. You will learn how to use assignment maps for automatic assignment of records to employees for processing. Finally, you will learn how to prepare a promotional campaign and track its execution results in the system.
