This course introduces the basic functionality of Service Management in Acumatica ERP. The current version of the course is valid for Acumatica ERP 2021 R1.
This course consists of three parts, each part providing a set of lessons that illustrate the basic service management processes in a midsize company.
Part 1: This part of the training illustrates the basic service management operations and guides you through the process of creating and managing service orders and appointments, generating billing documents, configuring employees and staff work schedules, configuring licenses and skills for services and staff members, creating billing cycles and assigning them to customers.
Part 2: In this part of the course, you will learn how to create a service order from a sales order, how to process service orders that include items to be purchased, how to create a service order from a case, and how to set up integration with the time & expenses functionality.
Part 3: This part of the course will introduce the Acumatica mobile app, which you will learn how to use to process appointments. You will explore these capabilities acting as a staff member.
