By completing this course, you will learn how to configure subaccounts in the system and process transactions with subaccounts, how to set up budgets and perform various tasks with budgets, as well as how to configure allocation rules and run allocations. The current version of the course is valid for Acumatica ERP 2020 R2 Update 3 and later versions.
Through the examples, you will learn how to perform the following tasks in Acumatica ERP:
- Subaccounts: configuring subaccounts and automatically combined subaccounts, processing transactions with subaccounts and combined subaccounts, as well as splitting transactions with subaccounts
- Budgets: creating a budget ledger, preparing simple budgets, configuring a budget tree, configuring access to budget nodes, preparing and modifying a hierarchical budget, converting a simple budget to a hierarchical budget, preparing and running a Budget vs. Actual ARM report, and revising a budget
- Allocations: creating allocation rules based on various distribution methods, and running allocations
